Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Simply Abeni. Every order is handmade or finished by me and packaged with care in Calgary, Alberta.

Processing time
Ready-to-ship items leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order pieces, like the Soft Curve Hobo, take 5–7 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, since delays can happen once a package is with the carrier.

Tracking
When your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive it by email once your order ships.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@simplyabeni.ca as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to update it before your order ships, but I can’t guarantee changes once it’s with the carrier. Extra shipping costs from an incorrect or incomplete address, including reshipping a returned package, may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is delayed or missing, contact the carrier and email hello@simplyabeni.ca so I can help. If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep everything until we’ve sorted it out.

International orders
Where international shipping is available, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
